Damascus Marking Knife
Damascus steel is made throgh a balcksmithing process which involves combining two different steels of varing carbon contents. These two steels are forge welded and twisted to form a swirling patterns which is then highlighted by an acid etch. This knife design is used primarily in woodworking to mark extremely fine lines where the mark left by a pencil would be too thick.
